GUEST SPEAKER:

Isaiah "Ike" McKinnon, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Education, teaches the course Society and Education. He is a former Deputy Mayor and Chief of Police of the City of Detroit. He won an Emmy as the NBC News/ Safety Consultant. He has authored three books and co-authored two others, in addition to numerous articles on crime victims.
